1. What we collect

When you use PriceLeak Audit, we collect:

• Your name, business name, and email address provided in the order form
• Vendor invoices and related documents you upload for audit purposes
• Payment information processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
• Basic usage data (page visits, referral source) via analytics tools

2. How we use your information

We use your information solely to:

• Prepare and deliver your invoice audit report
• Communicate with you about your order and report
• Improve our service quality
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Invoice data handling

Your uploaded invoices are used exclusively to generate your PriceLeak Audit report. They are stored in a private, encrypted environment and are not shared with third parties. We retain invoice files for 30 days after report delivery, then delete them permanently.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the service (Stripe for payments, secure cloud storage for file handling) and only to the extent needed to perform these functions.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and encrypt files at rest. Access to invoice data is strictly limited to staff involved in preparing your audit report.

6. Your rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@priceleakaudit.com. We will delete your invoice files and personal information within 5 business days.
